Ripe cherries, fabulous fruit quality but not simple. Deep and long and just a little chewy but rounded Palate: Really good concentration of dark berry fruit with a wound up middle and a tannin structure which is almost chewy. This is a well integrated and balanced Cabernet Franc which would love to be decanted for a good two
