and comes in an original paper bag that says "passed inspection by the manufacturing department" and some advertising slogans for some kind of lacquerware association

This cup probably commemorates the expansion of the local veterans association into four platoons worth of men

and the words "Showa 8th Year (1933)" "Victorious Return Commemoration" and "68th Artillery Regiment" with the name of the soldier Okada Gendo

and a helmet with cherry blossoms on the side
