Rathfinny Rose Brut 2018, Sussex, EnglandTraditional method with classic Champagne grapes, 60% Pinot Noir, 22% Chardonnay and 18% Pinot Meunier. Rathfinnys ros has a pale pink hue and a vibrant nose with aromas of cranberry, cherry blossom and red apple. The palate is lively with concentrated notes of pink grapefruit and brioche.
