Lining adds significant warmth for winters in the Pacific Northwest and adds enough warmth for Spring and Autumn in colder climates. It does add a bit of bulk so if between sizes we recommend sizing up. Only available at initial purchase of a raincoat, cannot be added to existing raincoat.
