Wiston Estate Winery, Cuvée Brut, Sussex, EnglandWiston Estate is one of Englands finest sparkling wine producers, based within the rolling chalk hills of West Sussex. Its Cuve Brut has been crafted to mirror the finest Champagnes, using a mix of 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier and undergoing lees ageing for eight months to create toasted brioche flavours in the final wine. Between 20 30% of reserve wines dating back to 2009 are used each year. Every bottle is aged for three to
