This monster white wine comes from our chums at Bojador who produce their wines in Alentejo using time honoured methods and lower intervention, such as shunning nasty chemicals. This refreshing but structured white wine is made using traditional, indigenous grape varieties Vaz, Arinto and Alvarinho, aged in concrete tanks. The wines are named after
