Kankuamas-2The Kankuamo people are one of the four indigenous groups from the Sierra Nevada. They live in the oriental slope of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, North of Valledupar as part of an indigenous territory. Composed by 12 communities. Our Kankuama bags are made with Inca fiber Fique and sourced at Expoartesanias Bogota in Colombia.
